If you are not using enough energy for the amount you put in to your body the balance may be incorrect. try to get more active, a personal trainer, doctor or nutritionist would be helpful for both exercise and nutrition.

    Check with your doctor first but you could try removing wheat products from your diet for the next 10 – 14 days. this includes breads, crackers, donuts, rolls and any baked goods. during this time you will cure your bloated tummy as well as reducing inches from your waist line. try to pay particular attention to the number of meals you eat in one day. Some people still eat three large meals a day. If you can break these meals down into six smaller portions your body will have a much better chance of digesting the food.     There are also herbal remedies for this problem. You can find cures in tablet form or as a supplement drink.     2. try to find substitutes for the foods that you like. for example, I like drinking milk but due to my lactose intolerance I have decided to drink soy milk instead. this problem is solved as a result of the substitution. Another thing that a lactose intolerant individual can do is eat egg beaters instead of real eggs and the list goes on for substitutes for foods and products that usually cause gaseousness.

    3. Increase your cardiovascular activity. there seems to be a positive correlation between physical inactivity and an increase in bloating.
    So if you’re looking to decrease the amount of bloating in your life and all those negative things that go along with it then the aforementioned suggestions should go a long way in helping you to do so.
