Ingredients
1 c. Skim Milk
1/2 c. Fresh Strawberries, Mashed
1/3 c. Fresh Raspberries, Mashed
1/3 c. Plain Low Fat Yogurt
1 Tbs. Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender bowl until thick and frothy.
