Berry Yogurt Shake is ideal for breakfast or for your mid-day snack at work.

Berry Yogurt Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Skim Milk
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Strawberries, Mashed
  • 1/3 c. Fresh Raspberries, Mashed
  • 1/3 c. Plain Low Fat Yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender bowl until thick and frothy.
  2. Enjoy healthy nutritious snack.
