  • Diabetes patients are also advised to proper Brewers’ yeast medication from doctors before taking them, this is owing to the fact that brewer’s yeast lowers blood sugar levels. Taking it can place a patient at a higher risk for lower than optimum blood sugar when combined with these medications.
  • For breastfeeding mothers, ensure you consult your healthcare provider before taking brewer’s yeast.
